We are atop a mountain that gives a gorgeous view of the town below, with green pastures as far as the eye can see. We have beautiful rock formations on the land that gives a great aesthetic for anything you can dream of! Simply the best view you will find in all of Northwest Arkansas.
We do offer both indoor and outdoor wedding options - there are FOUR locations to choose from for the special ceremony!
Here's a list of some of our amazing amenities you'll find at the Ponderosa Mountain Venue:
- We can accommodate up to 250 guests
- Tables: We have (30) 60-inch round tables, (10) cocktail tables, (14) 8-ft. rectangular tables
- Chairs/Benches: We currently have 268 chairs and 30 benches (6-8 people/bench)
- Sound System: We have a system that uses four large Monster brand bluetooth speakers, with microphones, etc. Our system is simply plug and play, with laptop or phone connectivity. If a larger system is needed for bands, the client or the musicians must provide these.
- Kitchen area includes a large refrigerator, double oven, cooktop stove, commercial ice maker, commercial size stainless steel sink with 3 drains.
- Bridal Suite features 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room area
- Groomman Quarters features 760 square feet with full kitchen, bedroom, living room area & bathroom
- The Ponderosa Mountain Venue is 13,000 square feet under roof, 9500 square feet heated & cooled
- Our venue sits on 50 beautiful acres in Northwest Arkansas

Yes, We do offer some white, black, and ivoruy tablecloths.
Fayetteville Arkansas is about 10 minutes away and is home to the famous Arkansas Razorbacks…. On any given day if you are close to Baum Stadium you can hear the locals “Calling the Hogs”!
Fayetteville is known for its huge selection of eclectic restaurant venues as well as statewide recognition of its BBQ restaurants. There are historic restaurants and shops located on Dickson Street as well as The Walton Arts Center for a night out of entertainment.
The world-famous Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is also nearby in Bentonville.

We do! 200 yards from the Ponderosa Mountain Venue you'll find a cabin that can be rented, which sits near a pond, plus has close access to 9-hole disc golf course. Fishing and swimming are allowed in the pond (see more details and images of our cabin online on our Airbnb listing - Ponderosa Cabin)
In addition to this cabin, Northwest Arkansas is home to hundreds of other VRBO opportunities, as well as many hotels that are also close to our venue.
We are located at 470 Topkick Trail, Fayetteville, Arkansas. If you take exit 58 off of Interstate 49 in Greenland (south of Fayetteville) follow these directions:

Take the Greenland 58 exit.

Turn right (from the south) left (from the norht) onto Wilson Street.

Stay on Wilson street towards Greenland for about 3 miles. - AVOID turning on Lillie Lane because it is a dead end road.

Take a right at the stop light onto HWY 71 and drive about 1 mile.

Turn right onto South Main Avenue. You should see a cream colored arched sign with Ponderosa Mountain Venue.

Take the first turn right onto South Carrol Street. Look for Venue sign.

Go across the railroad tracks. Go around the corner and past the rock house. Look for Venue sign.

Take the second road on your right onto Topkick Trail and continue up the road all the way to the top of the mountain. Look for Venue sign

Turn right at the Ponderosa Mountain Venue sign hanging from the tree.

Continue up the road to the top of the mountain.
