We offer Venue Rental Space for 250 guests on a beautiful 50 acres overlooking the Arkansas mountain landscape.
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
- 13,000 sq ft under roof / 9,500 sq ft is temperature controlled
- Bridal Suite - 2,000 sq ft (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room)
- Groomsman Quarters - 760 sq ft (full kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom).
- Game Room - coming soon - in western building (pool table, foosball, dart boards, bag toss)
- 4 different locations to pick for the wedding location (indoor & outdoor options)
- Tables: (25) 60-inch round tables, (5) rectangular tables, (10) banquet or cocktail tables
- Seating: (30) benches - 6-8 adults per bench, 268 Chairs
- 4 large Monster bluetooth speakers. Plug-N-Play Sound System (laptop or phone play list) with microphones
- Kitchen Area - large refrigerator, double oven, cook top stove, commercial ice maker, commercial size stainless steel sink

SINGLE DAY WEDDING PACKAGES -

WEDDING WEEKEND PACKAGES -
Two-Day Reservation
Reserving the venue the afternoon before your wedding guarantees we will not book another event the day before yours. This lets you come in and start setting up for rehearsal and the wedding. You get access starting at 8:00 a.m. the day your reservation begins and ends at 11:59 the final day of your event. Essentially, you’re adding a second day to your reservation. Rehearsal Reservation: $1,200
Three-Day Weekend Packages
Unlike just reserving the space for rehearsal, booking our 3-day package will give you access to the venue starting at 8:00 a.m. the day your reservation begins and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the final day of your reservation. From rehearsal to brunch the day after the wedding, you can enjoy our space to celebrate all weekend long. 3 Days (Th/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun): $7,000
Mon/Tues/Wed/Thursday Rentals
$2,000.00/day. If renting two days together (ie: Mon/Tues or Wed/Thur, price is $1,500.00/day).
Party/Other Event Rental Fees:
Call us for custom pricing based on space you will need.
Additional Information/Costs:
- Half of the balance of the entire sum owed shall be paid halfway between the date that the event was booked and the date of the event.
- Full balance due 90 days prior to the event.
- 8.25% taxes - additional to the rental total.
- If Venue is rented on a Friday, we guarantee a Thursday night rehearsal time. *Cannot guarantee an extra rehearsal time if rented on a Saturday or Sunday.
- All payments are non-refundable.
Additional Rental Cabin:
- If available, and for an additional fee, there is a 1400 sq ft cabin to rent (two-story cabin with two porches) on the property.
- Cabin rental includes a pond, access to 9-hole disc golf course, fishing and swimming allowed in the pond.
